Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1 January 2022

At Archentry, we are committed to providing high-quality architecture mentorship built on strong fundamentals, discipline, and personalized guidance. Before enrolling, students and parents are encouraged to understand our refund policy.

1. General Policy
Enrollment fees paid to Archentry are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. By enrolling in any program, the student acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

2. Exceptional Refund Consideration
Archentry believes in fairness and accountability. In exceptional circumstances, a refund of up to 50% of the course fee may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The student has maintained consistent attendance throughout the program.

  • The student has completed assignments, exercises, mock tests, and other work sincerely and on time.

  • The student has actively participated in mentorship sessions and followed the guidance provided.

  • The student has demonstrated genuine dedication, discipline, and effort throughout the course.

  • After a comprehensive review, Archentry determines that the student's performance was materially affected by a significant deficiency in the mentorship or guidance provided by Archentry.

The decision to grant such a refund rests solely with Archentry after an internal academic review and is made on a case-by-case basis.

3. Circumstances Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Lack of attendance or irregular participation.

  • Failure to complete assignments or practice work.

  • Insufficient preparation by the student.

  • Personal reasons, change of plans, relocation, or loss of interest.

  • Failure to qualify due to inadequate effort, poor time management, or examination performance unrelated to mentorship.

  • Withdrawal after the course has commenced.

4. Student Responsibility
Success in Architecture entrance examinations such as NATA and JEE Paper 2 depends on multiple factors, including the student's dedication, consistency, aptitude, and examination performance. While Archentry provides expert mentorship and guidance, no admission, rank, score, or examination result can be guaranteed.

5. Refund Review Process
Any request for exceptional consideration must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the declaration of the relevant examination result. The request should include:

  • Student name and enrollment details.

  • Examination details and result.

  • A written explanation supporting the request.

Archentry may review attendance records, assignment completion, mock test performance, mentor feedback, and other relevant academic records before making a decision.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original mode of payment or another mutually agreed method within 30 business days of approval.

7. Final Decision
All refund decisions made by Archentry are final. The exceptional refund provision reflects our commitment to fairness and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a refund or examination success.

For any questions regarding this Refund Policy, please contact Archentry through the contact details provided on our website.
